It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Eileen Doherty on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the age of 86 years. Loving mother of Alice Stratford (Terry) of Scotland, ON, John Nutford Jr. (Kathy) of Baltimore N.B. and Thomas Nutford (Glenda) of Thunder Bay. Cherished grandmother of Laura, Doug, Cari (Colin), Nicole (Jon), Rachel, Leigh-Ann (Logan) Stephen, great-grandmother of Ashley, Calysa, Kaydon, Emerson, Betheany, Holt, Avery, Kari and Marylynn. Eileen will be missed by her sister Sheila Chartrand of Woodstock, ON, nieces and nephews, her special friend Tom Leger, and good friend Kim. Predeceased by her first husband John Nutford and second husband Paul Gauthier, her parents Patrick and Ivy Doherty (nee Mills).
