Loving father of the late Richard, Judy Howes and James (Debbie). Dear grandfather of Megan Jackson (Jerrit), Connor MacLeod (Olivia), Makayla MacLeod (Darron), Cayleb, Alyssa, Taylor and Jacob; great-grandfather of Emma, Noah, Elaina and Grant. Elwyn is survived by his brothers Lorne (Caroline), Keith (Charlotte), Carmen (Lise), and by his sister Merle Marjerrison (John Howard).
