Peacefully on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Florence Charlotte Billings; age 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Edward Billings (1993). Cherished mother of Beatrice Lewis of Dundela, Pat Chamberlain of Winchester, Richard (Jane) of Cardinal, Caroline (Art) Sanger of Prescott, and Bob of Morrisburg. Loving grandmother of twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Joe, grandson Andrew Sanger and sister Vera Palmer. Visitation with controlled attendance will be held at the Motion Church, 30 Lakeshore Drive, Morrisburg on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Masks must be worn inside the church. Interment to follow in New Union Cemetery, Williamsburg. Memorial donations to the Motion Church or Winchester Hospital gratefully acknowledged.
