CARSON, Floyd – Mr. Floyd William (Pop) Carson at Quinte Healthcare, Belleville, Ontario on Friday February 28, 2020 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Laurentienne Carson (nee Laperle). Loved father of William Upper, Lynn Upper, Gary Upper, Kevin Upper, Brent Carson, Doug Carson and Pat Carson. Sadly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents George and Jenny (née Price) Carson, brothers Ron and Robert Carson and sisters Catherine Baird and Hellen Amell. Survived by sisters Ann Holman and Dorothy Blackburn. Cremation has taken place. Rite of Committal to take place at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Ingleside. A Celebration of life to be held April 11, 2020 at the Army Navy Club, 14 Marlborough Street, Cornwall from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
