Clendinning, Frances (Boylan) – In Cornwall on February, 3 2020. She was 92. Beloved wife of the late Stephen Clendinning. Loving mother of Stephen, Daniel (Eve Lemay), Charles (Carina), Gordon, (Bonnie). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Patrick, Caitlin, Bobby, Rachel, Jenny, Sarah, Daniel, Helen, Amanda and her grandchild Penelope. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Cherald Boylan (Keating) and her daughter Carol Clendinning and siblings Owen Boylan and Cherald Prillo. Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. Rite of committal to be held later at St-Andrews Parish Cemetery.
