It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Frances Monica Tulk on April 18, 2025, at the age of 84.
Frances is lovingly remembered by her son Bryan (Melanie) and their son Kevyn; her sister Lorraine (Gus) Blyde and their children Larry (Mary) and Kathy; and their children.
She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Lawrence and Rita Phillion (née Leroux), her son Kevin, and her brother Gerry.
