Beloved daughter of the late Dr. William Robert ‘Bob’ Govan and the late Françoise Doris Govan (née Boisvert). Caring sister of Will Govan (Dana Hamilton) of B.C. Loving Auntie of Austin and Mackenzie Govan. She will be missed by her sister-in-law, Paula McKnight.
