ROY, Frank- At Sandfield Place on Monday, November 8, 2021. He was 83. Loving husband of Lillian Boucher Roy. Former husband of the late Jean Roy and the late Sadie Merpaw. Cherished father of Shelley Theoret, Dale Roy, Nelson Roy, Colleen Roy and Christina Roy and stepfather of Bonnie, Donnie, Denise, Alma, Darrell, Nelson, Connie, Cindy, Robin, Shirley, Alice, Wendy, Mike, Donna, Rachel and Sandra. Sadly missed by his chosen son Cody Raposa and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Richard Roy (Beverley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Frank worked over 30 years with the City of Cornwall Public Works department. Predeceased by his parents, Levi and Irene (Oliver) Roy, 3 brothers, Benjamin Roy, Rene Roy (Naomi) and Bernie Roy (Lori) and 2 sisters, Corrine Roy and Eilleen Roy. Family and friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Sunday from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at Fountaingate Christian Assembly, 949 Mohawk Drive, Cornwall ON on Monday at 11am. Cremation to follow. Attendance will be controlled and those attending are required to wear a mask. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Fountaingate Christian Assembly would be appreciated by the family.
