ETHIER, Gabriel – Peacefully, on February 20, 2019 at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge. Gabriel Ethier of Cornwall age 84. Beloved husband of Annette (née Gagné) Ethier. Cherished father of Julie Ethier-Denis (Bernard) and Marc Ethier (Johanne Bérubé). Loving grandfather of Simon Denis (Lyndsei Simmons), Christiane Michaud (Kelly-Mark Michaud), Nicolas Denis (Chelsea Lefebvre) and Philippe Ethier. Dear son of the late Elzéar Ethier and the late Marie Anne (Quesnel) Ethier. Predeceased by his siblings, Sister Eleonore Ethier, Romuald Ethier, Paul Ethier, Bernadette Ethier, Maurice Ethier and Robert Ethier. Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, EAST BRANCH, 614 First Street East, (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, February 27th and Thursday February 28th from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral. Funeral will be held Thursday February 28, 2019 for Mass of Christian Burial in Nativity Co-Cathedral at 11 a.m. Cremation. Spring Interment, Nativity Parish Cemetery. At the family’s request, due to allergies, please refrain from wearing perfumes/scents.
