LEBLANC, Gaëtanne “Gail” – peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday November 10, 2019. Gail (née Lafrance) Leblanc of Cornwall; age 73 years. Beloved wife of Robert Leblanc. Loving mother of Nancy Murphy (John) of Cornwall, Tammy Poitras (Daniel) of Montreal, Cindy Laperle (Jeff) of Cornwall and Brian Poitras (Angela) of Northfield. Proud grandmother of Melanie, Jeffrey, Ashley, Melissa, Emily, Brittany, Brandon, Shane, Jason, Korey. Predeceased by one grandson Jordan. Dear great grandmother of Madelyne, Mason, Maya, Aliyah, Hazley, Aria. Dear daughter of the late Oscar Lafrance and the late Juliette (née Leblanc) Lafrance. Cherished sister of René (Aline), Gilles, Ron (Jean), Mike (the late Debbie), Elaine, Ileen Cayer (Gerry) and Art (Elaine) all of Cornwall. Dear sister-in-law of Rita Delisle of Connecticut and Richard Leblanc (Christine) of Ottawa. The family would like to express their gratitude to the Critical Care Unit at the Cornwall Community Hospital for the care and support they provided to our mom. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. A private service will take place on November 19, 2019 at the Notre-Dame Cemetery, following the service the family will be at the RCAF, 240 Water St W Cornwall, at 12:30pm for anyone wishing to pay their respects. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES WEST BRANCH 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). As expressions of sympathy donations to the Cornwall Hospice, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Maison Interlude House would be appreciated by the family.
