MENARD, Gerald “MIN” – on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Jeanne (née Swift) Menard. Loving father of Sandra Menard (Morgan MacDonald) and Lissa Menard (Greg Kaddie). Cherished grandfather of Angele Cousineau, Nathaniel Houle, Kristopher and Sonya Lepage, Dustin Burrell and Jordan Smith-Earle. Great-grandfather of Kaitlyn, Kaylee, Kameron, Emily, Connor and Rayna. Dear son of the late Omer and Irene (née Larche) Menard. Survived by one brother, Donald “Mike” (Ange) and sisters, Carmen Gratton (late Roger), Denise Samson (Sam), Lillianne Parisien (Rick) and Georgette Julien (late Reggie). Predeceased by son Paul Menard and by two brothers, Corad Menard (late Jacquline) and Rheal Menard (late Annette) and by one sister, Margerite Proulx (Rene). The family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, EAST BRANCH, 614 First St. East (613-933-2841) from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Charity of Choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
