It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gilles Delage on Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 at Parisien Manor, Cornwall. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Derochie). Loving father of the late Ronald Sabourin (Diane) and Bryan (Annie). Caring pépère to Chad (Amber), Tracey (Cedric), Daniel, Gabrielle, Olivier, Emilie, Samuel, and Eloïse. Great grandfather to Indie-Mae. Loved brother of the late Real (Colette), the late Monique, Pierre (Michel), Yves (Richard), Lise, the late Denise (Jim) and the late Maurice (Carole), Solange (Michel). He was the caring brother-in-law to Lorraine, Claire, Lionel and the late Donald Derochie. He will be missed by his friend Diane Lefebvre.
The burial will be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2019 at 10:45 am at Notre Dame Cemetery, 17945 South Branch Road, South Stormont, Ontario K6H 0C8. The family will have a celebration of life following the burial at the Army, Navy, Air Force, Unit # 342, 14 Marlborough Street, Cornwall, Ontario K6H 3Z7
