COLLINS, Glen – Sir Knight Glen Collins at Cornwall Hospice on Sunday January 13, 2019 at the age of 68 years.  Loved son of the late Milton and Florence (McLaughlin) Collins. Predeceased by his siblings Linda Collins and John Collins (Erika). Survived by his son Patrick; niece Jennifer; cousins Audrey, Carl and Roy; his special friends Claudette Hutt, Bill Eadie, and Ruth Pidgeon; and also, his extended family. Glen was active in his community.  In particular he was a Member of Bishop Brodeur Assembly – 4th Degree Knights of Columbus; Past District Deputy – District 32, Knights of Columbus and Past Grand Knight of Ontario Council #755; G4 Deputy Zone Commander of the Royal Canadian Legion and Past 3rd Vice President of Branch #297.  Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home where visitation will take place on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.  The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in Precious Blood roman Catholic Church, Glen Walter on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM.  Rite of Committal at a later date in St. Columban’s Parish Cemetery. If so desired, contributions in his memory to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.  Members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297 are requested to assemble for a tribute at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday at 7:00 PM.  Members of the Knights of Columbus are requested to assemble for a prayer vigil at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday at 7:30 PM.
