Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday February 2, 2022 age 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Cheryl (Barry) Short. Loved father of Connie Lang (George) of Alberta, Tammy Mills (Roy) of Avonmore, Robert Short (Caroline) of Williamstown, Todd Short (Leanne) of Long Sault and Troy Short of Cornwall. Sadly missed by his 13 grandchildren Jordana, McKenna, Cody, Courtney, Carolyn (Matt), Nash, Tanner (Bela), Jack, Thomas, Vance (Kara), Norman, Owen, Cooper and by 12 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Kathleen (Servage) Short, sister Jean Kittle (Gerald) and infant brother John Thomas Short. To honor Gordon’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
