Predeceased by his parents Oscar and Rita (née Fournier) Ceasor, by his brothers Maurice and Robert (Linda) and by his sisters Mildred Flaro (the late Donald) and Madeline Flaro (the late Howard). Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482) on Thursday, December 12 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Friday, December 13 from 9 am. Funeral Service will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home on Friday at 11 am. Spring Interment Saint Williams Cemetery, Martintown.
