Harvey was predeceased by his beloved wife Jacqueline of 63 years. Loving father to Brenda (Jack) Fraser. Proud grandfather to Todd Fraser and Stacey Fraser. Cherished great-grandfather to Ava Lynn Fraser and Rian Fraser.
Survived by his sister Nora and brother Reginald and predeceased by his brothers George and Roger.
Predeceased by his furry companion, “Tippy”, who brought joy and companionship throughout the years.
