Suddenly at her home at Sunset Cove Long Sault, Ontario on November 6, 2021 with her family by her side. She was 84. Loving mother of Sylvia Gothard, Cheryl Gothard (Harold Hume.) Predeceased by her husband Fred Gothard and son Reginald Gothard and both parents as well as her 2 brothers. Helen will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Kevin.Billy, Becky, James , and Ashley. Fondly remembered by her great grandchildren Ryder, Kerri, Colton, Jackson, Jordan, Kaylee, and Ethan. To honor Mrs. Gothard’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Friday November 12, 2021 2pm at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. A heartfelt gratitude to Sunset Cove for creating a warm caring place that mom called home. Their staff went above and beyond daily showing nothing but love and respect. Mom’s last night was no different. Ashley and Violeta provided excellent compassionate care to mom and our family and thank them from the bottom of our heart. Also wish to thank ParaMed and staff for their great care and support.
