JOUBERT, Inez Almira (née Publicover) – Inez Joubert at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Wednesday July 22nd, 2020 at the age of 97. Resident of Long Sault, Ontario and formerly of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Loving Daughter to the late Auto Foster Publicover & Anne Noftle-Publicover. Cherished Wife of the Late Pierre R. Joubert of Outremont, Quebec. Mother to Micheline Joubert of Bainsville, Ontario; Robert Joubert (Cheryl) of Stitsville; and Jean Joubert of Long Sault. Also survived by 11 grandchildren Michael, Jennifer, Matthew, Gregory, Victoria, Joseph, Austin, Vajahat, Samantha, Olivia and Nolan. At the request of the deceased and family, there will be a private ceremony. Interment to follow cremation at the St Lawrence Valley Cemetery Long Sault, Ontario. Friends’ donations to the Canadian Cancer Society & Heart and stroke foundation would be very much appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall.
