Loving father of Daniel (Danielle), André, Laurent and Jacques Jr. Sadly missed by his 10 grandchildren. Also survived by his siblings Robert (Dale) and Michael (Charlene). Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall.
