Derouchie, Jean (Pelkey) – At her residence on Friday, December 6, 2019. She was 84. Beloved wife of the late Albert Derouchie. Loving mother of Aline Meyer (Randall), Susanne Helmer (David), Debbie Matte (John), late Catherine Murphy (Michael Woods) and both late Bruce and Wayne Derouchie. Sadly missed by her grandchildren David, Tonia, Stephanie, Jason, Tony, Courtney and Ashley, her great grandchildren, Destiny, Caleb, Julia, Walter, Reid, and Logan. Survived by her sister Sandra Ladouceur (late Percy). Predeceased by her parents, Floyd Sr. and Ella (Leblanc) Pelkey and siblings Floyd Pelkey Jr. (Sue) William Pelkey (Claire), Rita Taillon (Clarence), George Pelkey (Laura) and Simone Pelkey. Respecting Jean’s wishes cremation services were entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall where visitations will be held on Monday December, 16, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. Final committal at Notre Dame Cemetery in the spring.
