FORTIN, Jean Paul- At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday, January 12th , 2021. He was 74. He leaves his loving wife of 52 years, Lorraine (Belisle) Fortin. Loving father of Joel (Muriel) and Anik and grandfather of Zackary and Lukas. Predeceased by his parents, Maurice and Imelda (Leger), his brother, Hubert Fortin and Lucette Letiecq. Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. Due to Covid-19 restrictions all services are private. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Children’s Treatment Center would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks from the family to Dr. Anna Blinkina, nurses & staff in ICU, Day Surgery and JMP palliative care unit.
