Loving father of Sylvie Roehl (Chris) and Michel Blanchard (Nathalie), and stepfather of Sheryl Schelter (John), Jennifer Mitchell (Tom), and Angela Bourbonnais (Colin). Cherished grandfather of Maryse and Samuel, as well as Chelsea, Justin, Jonah, Christopher, Catherine, and Sam and great-grandfather of Dayshawn, Ariel and Molly. Dear brother of Marcel Blanchard (Odette) and Paul Blanchard (Darlene). Predeceased by one brother Ronald Blanchard (late Denise) and by his parents Elzéar & Sylvianne Blanchard (née Morin). Visitation will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt St., Cornwall (613-938-3888) on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Thursday from 9:30 am until the time of the Chapel Service in the Wilson Funeral Home at 11:30 am. Interment will be held at the Notre-Dame Cemetery, Cornwall after the reception in the funeral home hall.
