Peacefully at the St Viateur residence, Limoges, Jeannine Lanthier (née St. Germain), on January 6, 2022, age 82. Loving mother of Marc Lanthier (Denise Moss Lanthier) and Suzanne Lanthier (Patricia Sarazin). Proud grandmother of Yves Paquette (Nathalie Seguin); great-grandmother of Jacob, Rosalyne and Cynthia. Jeannine is predeceased by her parents John St. Germain and Ella Major; also by brother Percy St. Germain and sister Clarisse Brunet (late Laurent). She is survived by her brother Patrick St. Germain (Gisèle). Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). A Mass of Christian Burial with cremated remains will be celebrated on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 11 am in St. Finnan’s Basilica. Masks and physical distancing are required at all gatherings. Spring burial of cremated remains in the Parish cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. Une messe d’inhumation chrétienne avec des restes incinérés sera célébrée le vendredi 14 janvier 2022 à 11 h dans la basilique Saint-Finnan. Les masques et la distanciation physique sont obligatoires lors de tous les rassemblements. Inhumation printanière des restes incinérés au cimetière paroissial.
