BILLARD, Jeannine Raymonde (Menard) – At the Cornwall Community Hospital – McConnell Site on Monday June 17, 2019. She was 86. Beloved wife of the late Maurice Billard. Loving mother of Johanne McDougall (Mark) and the late Robert (Bob) “Blue” Billard (Diane). Sadly missed by 4 grandchildren, Andre (Genevieve), François (Corteney), Matthieu (Chelsea), Kayla (Sarah-Jane) and 7 great grandchildren, Mélodie, Chanelle, Alexia, Emily, Tyson, Lennon and Asher. Survived by one brother, Royal Menard. Predeceased by her parents, Oscar and Alice (Danis) Menard, brothers, Fernand, Marcel, Lucien, Yvon, Robert, Gilles and sister, Fernande.
