Joan Reta Emard (nee Ransom) of Cornwall, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 86. Loving mother of Joseph Emard of Williamstown and Andrea Emard of Toronto. Joan is survived by her sisters Dawne (Pierre) and Elizabeth. She is preceded in death by her brothers Gerry and Duncan. There will not be a funeral service. The family is grateful for the condolences, but declines flowers and donations.
