John died peacefully in his home on Good Friday morning, March 29, 2024. John Downing of Alexandria; age 83 years. Loving husband of 51 years to Carol Ann Downing (nee Disney) [2015]. Loving father of Craig Downing (Elizabeth) of Ottawa, and Gavin Downing (Nicole) of Toronto. Survived by his brother Malcolm Downing (Ann).
