MCDOUGALD, Joseph (Joe) – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph James Patrick McDougald at the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site on Tuesday November 3, 2020 at the age of 74 years. Survived by his loving common-law wife of 40 years Ms. Léoné Dutton and daughter Brandie Dutton-McDougald, two brothers Frank McDougald (Karen), and Donald McDougald (Denise). He will be sadly missed by his nephews Bruce (Nathalie), Kevin, niece Kim (Mike Davidson), many great nephews, nieces and many friends in Ontario and Alberta. Predeceased by his parents Archie and Florence (née O’Neil) McDougald siblings Ronald, Douglas, Mary Ann, half brother Kenneth McDonald, nephews Wayne, Scott and Perry McDougald. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of Joe’s life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory can be made to charity of your choice.
