SCHMOETZER, Karl – Mr. Karl Josef Schmoetzer at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday November 21, 2019 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Irma (née Lorenz) Schmoetzer. Loving father of Karl (Lori), Sylvia Diabo (Murray), Jasmine, and Cornelia. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Steven, Brittany, Chris, Arianne, Alex, Corey, and Adam, and his great-grandchildren Adalyn, Jacob, Noah, Harlyn, and Laura. Dear brother of Irmgard Zipf. Predeceased by his parents Karl and Anna (née Oechsner) Schmoetzer. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, on Saturday November 30, 2019 from 10:00-10:50AM. The Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday November 30, 2019 at 11:00AM.
