Kathleen Taillon
March 19, 1934 – November 25, 2020
Peacefully in hospital with family by her side. Reunited now with her parents, William Samuel Taillon and Mary Albina (Beanie) Major, and siblings and spouses: Vincent and Doris, Leo and Emma, Rita and Eddie, Albert, Raymond and Elaine, and Veronica, as well as niece Maureen and nephew Kenneth. Survived by nieces and nephews and families, Marilyn (Mark and Tracy), James and Jo-Anne, Martin (Nicholas and Dylan) and Kevin, and Monique (Thomas, Elizabeth, Marie and James), Anne (David and Sarah), Peter (Katrina), and Michelle and Marie, and great-grandnieces and nephews. Also survived by her loving friend Ernie Rioux. Kathleen’s great lesson to us was how to manage, cope, and accept life and its challenges, with faith and humour. She lived a rich life of the mind: following world events, sports, music and art. She will be truly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heartwood Long Term Care Home, with thanks for their years of care and friendship.
