WHITFORD, Larete Pauline (Brunet) – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday, July 4, 2021. She was 93. Loving wife of the late John James Whitford. Sadly missed by her children, Judy (Rick Skinner), Susan (Charlie Russell), Darlene, Michael, Larry (Violet), Diane Whiteman (Gaetan Levert), Mark (Joanne), and David (Wendy Lalonde). Larete will be missed by 11 grandchildren, Jason and Jody Barkley, Amanda Gadbois, Heather Russell, Morgan Whitford, DJ Whitford, Natasha Whiteman, Curtis Whiteman, Cory Whitford, Kyle Whitford and Kirkland Whitford and 17 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Jackie Kenny (Jean-Paul), John Brunet (Monique), Jeanette Bonneville (late Wilfred), Lucille Morin (late Marcel) and Francis Bray (Marcel). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Emery and Josephine (Leroux), her brothers, Gerry Brunet (late Beatrice), Emile Brunet (late Mary), Roger Brunet (Bernadette), Rene Brunet (late Shirley), Fern Brunet (Collette), Raymond Brunet (Sue) and her sisters, Dolores Lalonde (late Wilbert), Pauline Levac (late Bruno), Therese Robidoux (late Jean-Guy), and Desneiges Brunet.
