Peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus on Tuesday August 6, 2019 age 81 years. Larry Edwin Locey of Cornwall. Beloved husband of the late Joan (Benton) Locey and by a previous marriage to Pauline Locey of Cornwall. Loved father of Debra Lee Locey and Brent Locey both of Cornwall. Dear brother of Patricia Masson (Bill) of Brockville, Lydia Eamon of Morrisburg, Jackie Tabram and Margo D’Alessio (Dick) all of Cornwall. Sadly missed by his grandchild Breana Locey. Predeceased by his parents Borden and Muriel (Gallinger) Locey and by two sisters Shirley Kiebert and Faye Locey. To honor Mr. Locey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service in celebration of Larry Locey’s life will be held at Paul’s Hill Cemetery in Avonmore on Friday August 16, 2019 at 1pm.
