June 11, 1969 – August 2, 2021.

LAUZON, Leslie-Anne (Doig) ~ peacefully at home on August 2, 2021, with family by her side. Beloved wife of Mark Lauzon of 26 years. Loving and devoted mother of Alexandra and Kale. Dear daughter of Mary Jane Doig (late Graeme). Caring sister of Jacqueline Doig Moore (Stephen), Erica Falcone (Rico) and Reid Doig (Sonya Dumais). Adored daughter-in-law of Shirley Lauzon (late Vernon) and sister-in-law of Pamela Marin (Maurice).

Proud aunt of Vanessa and Daniel Falcone, August (Gus) Doig, Brittany Mudaliar (Ashok) and Jordan Squire. Great-aunt of Alice and Oscar Mudaliar. Dear niece of Lois Beiers (Fred), Betty Doig (late Barry), the late Grey Pridmore (late Eunice) and the late Fergus Doig.

Caring cousin of Christopher Beiers (Amy) and their children, Taylor and Chase. Lovingly remembered by her extended Doig family in the Toronto area and South Africa, the Pridmore family in Kilworthy and Toronto, as well as the extended Lauzon and Major families in the surrounding areas of Eastern Ontario and the Gaspé.

Family in attendance at Lahaie and Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, 20 Seventh Street West Branch (613-932-8482), on Saturday August 14, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for a celebration of Leslie-Anne’s life.

As expression of sympathy, Memorial Donations to Ottawa Hospital Foundation, Cancer Research or charity of choice, would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Leslie-Anne and Mark’s childhood friends, neighbours, hockey family, as well as the friends and families of Alexandra and Kale for their kindness and support. Gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Arif Ali Awan, Dr. Stanley Gertler (retired) and Dr. Youssef Ghantous for their dedication and compassionate care of Leslie-Anne. Thanks also to staff at the Supportive and Palliative Care Program, the Chronic Pain Management Program (Ottawa Hospital) and Bayshore Health Services.
