Peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, Leslie McCarthy, age 58 years. Beloved husband of Johanne Leroux-McCarthy (née Leroux). Loving father of Courtney Schultz (Mike), Sebastien Poulin, Chris Poulin (Katie) and Cathy Poulin (Tyler). Proud grandfather of Declan, Riley, Tristan, Loïc and Madison. Loving brother of Mike, Danny (Deb), late Sean (Pam), Jim (Jen), Maureen (Johnny), Tim (Christine), Bruce, Bonnie (Richard), Francis (Dwayne), Marion (Gary), Terry (Lynn) and Rob (Kim). Predeceased by his parents Donald and Mona McCarthy (née Shaw). Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria ON (613-525-2772). As per Leslie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In memory of Leslie, donations to the Ottawa Cancer Clinic would be appreciated. As a memorial to Leslie a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
