SÉGUIN, Lionel – C’est avec tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Lionel Séguin, décédé le lundi 23 décembre 2019 à Cornwall à l’âge de 79 ans. Il était l’époux de feu Marie-Claire (Martel). Cher père de Sylvie (Reynald Lemieux), François (Manon), Pierre (Peggy) et Gilles (Carole). Pepère adoré d’Alain, Roxanne, Roch, Isabelle, Alexandre, Sophie, Ashley, Tyler, Gabrielle et Danick. Il laisse dans le deuil ses frères Jean-Marc et Roger, et sa sœur Georgette. Il fut prédécédé par son frère Laurent et sa sœur Adrienne St-Jean, ainsi que ses parents Adrien et Ubaldine (née Boileu) Séguin. Visites aux Salons funéraires Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall, succursale de l’est, 614 rue Première est, le vendredi, 3 janvier 2020 de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h ainsi que le samedi, 4 janvier 2020 dès 9 heures. Les funérailles auront lieu le samedi, 4 janvier 2020 en la Chapelle Commémorative à 10 heures. En guise de sympathie, les dons à C.H.E.O. seraient grandement appréciés par la famille. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lionel Séguin on Monday, December 23rd in Cornwall, ON at the age of 79 years. Loving husband of the late Marie-Claire (Martel.) He leaves behind his loving children Sylvie (Reynald Lemieux), François (Manon), Pierre (Peggy) and Gilles (Carole). Cherished grandfather of Alain, Roxanne, Roch, Isabelle, Alexandre, Sophie, Ashley, Tyler, Gabrielle and Danick. He is survived by his brothers Jean-Marc and Roger and by one sister, Georgette. Predeceased by his brother Laurent and by his sister Adrienne (St-Jean.) Dear son of the late Adrien and Ubaldine (née Boileau) Séguin. The family will be in attendance at Lahaie and Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm on Friday, January 3, 2020 and from 9 am Saturday until time of Service. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 10 am. Memorial donations to C.H.E.O. would be appreciated by the family.
