Lucie Bazinet

It is with great sadness that the family of Lucie Bazinet announce her peaceful passing at Cornwall Hospice on Thursday September 16th, 2021 at the age of 70. Survived by her husband of 50 years, Florian Bazinet. Cherished mother of Raymond Bazinet (Sarah Laplante), Patrick Bazinet (Megan Foley) and Sue Turcotte (Michael). Adored grandmother of Alex (Adam), Ava, Aaden and Fiona. Lucie will be missed by many family and friends including her siblings Florent, Colette, Francine, Paul-Andre Renald (Evelyn) and Solange. Lucie will be most remembered for her kindness, her devotion to her grandchildren and the warmth she brought to family gatherings.
Attendance controlled visitation will be held at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) on Friday, September 24 from 10 am until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1. Inurnment Notre Dame Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
