It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lucien Desrosiers on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the Woodland Villa in Long Sault at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Lucille Desrosiers (née Papineau). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Ida Desrosiers (née Carrière) and by his siblings Carmen Lalonde (Jacques), Jeannine Desrosiers, Edmond Desrosiers (late Yvonne), Alcide Desrosiers (late Aline), Laurent Desrosiers (late Clemence), Marie-Ange Bourbonnais (late Germain), Fleurette Bruyère (late Bernard) and Rev. Roger Desrosiers. As per Lucien’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at St-Felix de Valois Church at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Notre Dame Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the charity of choice.
