It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Lucien Lalonde surrounded by his family at Sandfield Place, Cornwall on Tuesday, June 13, at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of the late Lorraine Lalonde (née Villeneuve), for over 71 years. Loving father of Gilbert (Patricia) of St. Sauveur Qc. and Jocelyne Mayer (Michel) of Cornwall. Proud grandfather of Donald, Daniel, Céline, Clément, Elodie and Coralie. Predeceased by his son Gerald, his parents Télesphore and Laura Lalonde (née Pidgeon), his brother Richard, sisters Fleurette Bisson, Rita Richard, Jeannette Plamondon, Lucille Lavoie. A Graveside Memorial service for Lorraine & Lucien Lalonde will be held at Notre Dame Cemetery on Friday June 23rd at 11 AM. If desired donations can be made in Lucien’s memory to the Sandfield Place.
