Lucien Mondoux
1933 – 2024
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre at age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Nora Mondoux (nee Faubert). Father of Gilles Mondoux and Lucie Martin (Mondoux). Lucien will be missed by his sisters Annie-Simonne, Jeanne d’Arc, Alma, Annette and Lucienne, as well as his grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents David & Florida Mondoux (nee Boileau), his sister Alice and brothers Ernest, Xyste and Aurèle.
Lucien was in service for five years with the Canadian Air Force working as a jet engine technician and later on owned Mondoux Jug Mart for many years.
A Graveside Service will take place on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall.
Donation can be made in Lucien’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Cornwall. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON.
