It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lucien Leo “Lou” Trottier at Sandfield Place Long Term Care on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of Anne (Lefebvre) Trottier. Loving father of Julie and Daniel (Lynn) both of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa (Samuel), Mathieu (Laurence) and Jacynthe (Dominique) and greatgrandfather of Rose. Dear brother of Claudette Lawrence (Bill) of Cornwall. He is predeceased by his parents; L on Trottier and Alexina (Lacombe), his twin sister; Lucienne Trottier, his sisters; Germaine Lalonde (late Joseph) and Armande Legault (late Leo) and by his brother; Armand (Rita) Trottier. As per Lucien’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, March 19th, 2022 at Sainte-Th r se-de-Lisieux Church at 11 a.m. The family is grateful to the staff of Sandfield Place for showing endless amounts of kindness and compassion and going above and beyond to support Lucien as well as the family. If so desired, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall.
