Margaret Anne Hood (Eamer) peacefully passed away at Carefor Hospice Cornwall on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the age of 69 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 49 years John D. Hood. Margaret was the beloved mother of Peter Hood of Kitchener and Penny MacGillivray (Pete) of Cornwall. Also survived by her grandchildren Alyssa and Brooke MacGillivray of Cornwall and Grayson Hood of Kitchener. She also leaves behind her sisters; Helen Bellefeuille (late Gibb) and Bernice Seguin (Ernest) both of Cornwall. She will be sadly missed by many nephews and spouses and their children. Predeceased by her parents: Noreen (Wilson) and Garnet Eamer. Margaret was a retired employee of the Hotel Dieu Hospital and CCH. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place and will be followed by a private internment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
