SQUARE, Michael “Mike” Robert- April 28, 1954 – August 16, 2021. Peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital with his family by his side. He was 67. Loving companion of the late Ingrid Gilday and husband of the late Debbie (Johnson) Square. Cherished father of Jaimee Lee Square (Hank), Crystal Square (Harlen) and Kayla Square. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Dakota, Ashawnna, Tahniah (Dominic), Seyhcia, Cash, Angel, Noah, Corbin, Terrance, Thoren, Mason, Raweras, Kia, Kora and Oaklynn and his great-grandchildren, Bently, Zayden, Heavyn and Khyson. Survived by his son, his brothers and sisters. Mike is also survived by his special friend Shelley Theoret and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Peter and Rose (Day) Square and 3 brothers, Roger (Cheryl), Johnny and Jacob. Visitation will be held for both Mike & Ingrid at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Wednesday August 25,2021 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm and Thursday August 26, 2021 from 9:30-10:45am. A private family service will take place. Attendance will be controlled and those attending are required to wear a face mask. Rite of Committal at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
