At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Sunday, January 24, 2021, age 104. Beloved husband of the late Lilian Moore. Loving father of Marlene Martinez (late Marcos) and Richard Moore (Laura) both of Alexandria. Proud grandfather of Michael and Patrick (Jiaojiao). Dear brother of Ken (Shirley) of Gaspé and Marjorie (Richard) of Brantford. Norman was born in the Eastern Townships of Que., employed in senior managements (Mack Moulding), additionally in Iroquois Falls and Toronto. He and his wife retired in Alexandria in 1981, where, as an avid golfer enjoyed many a day at the local golf club with one of his many golfing friends, the late Herman Parsons. His golfing claim to fame was a “hole in one” at the La Cité golf course in Hawkesbury. He will be sadly missed by family and his feline friends, who always enjoyed his camaraderie. Respecting his wishes he will be cremated and a private celebration of his life will be held at a future date. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772).
