It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Odette Kyer on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the age of 78 years.
Beloved partner of Yvan Soucy.
Loving mother of Colette (Yves) and Nancy (Lee). Treasured grandmother of Mélanie (Vincent), Patrick, William and Joey. Proud great-grandmother of Ophélie. Dear sister of Paulette (Gérald) and Wilfred (Carole). Fondly remembered and sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Maurice and Julia as well as her husband Gilles Valade.
Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN WEST BRANCH 20 SEVENTH STREET WEST, CORNWALL on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. A Memorial Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
