You’re going to God
So we must part
I know you’ll be happy
It’s in my heart
He’ll take good care
Of this I know.
For He guided you
And let you grow.
He gave you beauty
He gave you grace
He gave you love
For the open space
He’s giving you freedom
He’s giving you peace
He’s giving you life
A brand-new lease
I thank you God
For letting me see
And I am thankful
You gave her to me
