Surrounded by family at home, on Monday November 20, 2023, at the age of 93. Cherished mother of Fay (late Roy) Collicott, Brenda (late Thomas) Major, Bruce Rupert, Kathy (Pat) O’Hara and Cindy (Mike) Pynenburg. Loving Grandmother of eight (8) and proud great-grandmother of sixteen (16). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Phyllis is predeceased by her parents William John and Nina (née McMaster) Waldroff as well as her 5 siblings. Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh St West (613-932-8482) on Wednesday, December 6 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lois Gaudet officiating. Weather dependent, by burial at Memorial Hill Cemetery.
