PHILLIPS, Phyllis (née Scott) – Mrs. Phyllis Phillips at the Cornwall Community Hospital – McConnell Site on Saturday August 31, 2019 at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Phillips. Loved mother of Scott Phillips, Paula Frizzle and Kelly Nason (Grant Clark). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Joshua (Camilla), Meghan (Matt), James (Frederique), Caleb, Emily (Kyle), Ethan; and 3 great-grandchildren Harrison, Kade and Kane. Loving daughter of the late Rockwell and Alfreda (née Organ) Scott. Dear sister of Kenneth Scott (Patricia). In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of Phyllis’s life will be held at Centre Charles-Émile Claude, 146 Chevrier Street, Cornwall on Saturday September 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM. If so desired, contributions in her memory to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
