Pierre Martin

MARTIN, Pierre “Pete” – on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the age of 72, peacefully with family by his side.
Pete was the loving father of Richard (Heather) of Guelph, ON and Daniel of Comox Valley, BC. Cherished Grampy to Sam and Lillian. Loving companion and traveling partner of Valerie Foster. Pete is predeceased by his parents, George and Thérese Martin (Sigouin) and his siblings Raymond Martin (Kathy), Madeleine Toth (Leslie) and Gerald Sigouin (Phyllis). “Uncle Pete” is also remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews, Pierrette and the Pitre family, and he will be missed by his friends, neighbours and post office co-workers.
Pete was known by all as a fun-loving, friendly guy with a twinkle in his eye. He was the life of the party, the perfect fishing buddy, a fierce card player and loved playing guitar around the campfire. He adored his grandkids, and always made time for hockey, baseball, birthdays and cuddles. His love for Rich, Dan, Heather, Sam and Lillian will live on in our hearts.
