SMART, Rita (née Quenneville) – Mrs. Rita Estelle Smart at Heartwood Long Term Care on Monday November 11, 2019 at the age of 91 years. Loving mother of Robert Smart (Linda), Michael Smart (Gail), Marilyn Smart, late Frank Smart (Olive), and Susan Smart-Gauthier (Denis). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jamie Smart, Lisa Jodoin, Jessica Gladu, and Eric Gladu, and 4 great-grandchildren Jayme, Lauryn, Xavier, Juna, and 1 great-great grandchild Oaklynn, and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Lorraine Deschamps (late Fred). Predeceased by her brothers Albert Jr., Ernest, and Roy Quenneville (Marjorie), and her sisters Noella Samson, Jeannette Ghostlaw, and Georgette Lucko (Emil), and her parents Albert and Anna (nee Joncas) Quenneville, and one son-in-law Pierre Gladu. Cremation has taken place. A private interment at Nativity Cemetery at a later date. If so desired contributions in her memory to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
