ST.JEAN, Robert A., – It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing, on Sunday March 22, 2020, surrounded by his loved ones.
Beloved husband of 56 years to Barbara (St. John). He is predeceased by his parents Rodrique and Rollande (Delorme) St. Jean and an infant son, Joseph.
Loving father of Micheline (Kevin) Ferguson and Natalie (Donald) Lecompte. The adored grandpapa of Megan (Trevor), Kristin, Justin and Heaven (Nick). Great-grandfather to Hunter.
He leaves his sisters Madeleine (George) and Hélène (Guy) and brothers Raymond (Jean), Denis (Aline) and Donald (Sharon).
Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) at a later date*.
Robert was a long time employee of Domtar. He enjoyed his time with family, as well as fishing, playing pool woodworking and gardening.
As expression of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. Messages of condolences may be left at www.lahaiesullivan.ca
*In response to this developing public health concern (COVID-19), and to meet the request of the family, and their guests, the family has chosen to reschedule the Funeral Services for Mr. Robert St. Jean.
