MICHAUD, Robert – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday August 20, 2019. He was 71. He leaves his loving wife of 45 years, Sheila (Russell) Michaud. Loving father of Robert Michaud (Dave Cottreau), Karen Smith (Adrian) and Cabbage Patch daughter, Linda Leroux. Sadly missed by 3 grandchildren, Hunter Cottreau, Jacklynn Smith and Adrian Smith Jr. Survived by one brother, Leo Michaud (Lucy). Robert will also be remembered by brothers-in-law, Joey Russell and Bill Russell, sister-in-law, Toni Russell, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Jean Louis and Rosalie Michaud and by one brother, Richard Sabourin. Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
